**EMERGENCY SERVICE CALLS:
A request for service due to absolute equipment failure (loss of cooling or heating) occurring outside of Taylor’s Heating and Air Conditioning operational hours (Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm). All other requests for service will be dispatched during regular operating hours.
